As the Restaurant Manager you will manage the smooth running of the restaurant to an impeccable standard.  You will train and develop your team of FOH individuals to deliver the highest standard of service, and guest satisfaction.  You will also work with the head-chef to ensure a smooth and productive interaction between front of house and kitchen. You will have a proven track record in metric management and growing revenue whilst managing labour, beverage and overhead costs. You must have a passion for and a good knowledge of, food and wine. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in management or assistant management of a similar quality restaurant.
