On Saturday 1st April in the evening we will be running our tasting menu only. Choose from either a 4 course or 6 course menu of our signature dishes, created by our Head Chef Paul Welburn to allow our guests a chance to try dishes and flavours that they may not usually order, the menu has a balance of textures, flavours and seasonal ingredients, the tasting concept is one Paul believes in strongly and allows the chef to present a journey of food from the surrounding area.
