We are delighted to announce the details of our 2015 Christmas dining menus as created by our new head chef, Paul Welburn. His passion for seasonal and local products is evident in all of the dishes with Sussex pork & beef featuring alongside freshly caught south coast fish. Alongside the main menu Paul has also created a seperate canape menu.
The festive menus will be available for parties booking in both our main restaurant and also our private dining rooms on the first floor.
Our charming Woodcock Room is perfect for more intimate events and seats up to 8 guests. It also has the added benefit of an adjacent private lounge area with fireplace, adding an extra touch of luxury surroundings to enjoy pre dinner drinks, coffee and digestifs. Our majestic Stag Room with its impressive vaulted ceiling and exposed beams seats up to 26 guests on one table. This space is ideal for both champagne and canape receptions or more formal dining.
During the festive period we will be closed from Friday 25th December through to Monday the 28th and will re-open on Tuesday 29th December for dinner.
New Years Day will see us open for lunch only.
